\"ANo, you can\u2019t go out and buy any old blind or curtain and put that up in your bathroom. You\u2019re dealing with a predominately warm and damp environment and unless things are waterproof or at least quick drying, mould can quickly set in.<\/p>\n

Think about it \u2013 have you ever seen a set of curtains in a bathroom? I haven\u2019t and I\u2019ve been using bathrooms my whole life.<\/p>\n

Curtains and other fabrics absorb moisture and hold it in, barely drying and nurturing the onset of mould. Also, I imagine the fabric would become so heavy it\u2019d begin to sag and you\u2019d see the colours run.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the best bathroom blind?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Firstly, it makes sense to go for a water-resistant blind. You know this blind will hold up to whatever your bathroom throws at it. Some other fabrics may not be colour-fast or able to repel water as easily.<\/p>\n
