Looking back on DotcomBlinds\u2019 2023<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s the time of year when all the big companies are doing their end of year wrap ups, showing off all that they\u2019ve done over the past 12 months \u2013 So we thought we\u2019d jump on the bandwagon and nostalgically look back on 2023 and all that we\u2019ve done in the past year!<\/p>\n

The Big One \u2013 Our New Website<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

In February this year, we said \u201cout with the old, in with the new\u201d to our website, decommissioning the original DotcomBlinds website and triumphantly turning on the new and improved DotcomBlinds website that you\u2019ve loved for the past year!<\/p>\n

This was no mean feat, we completely redesigned and overhauled our website to make the whole process of ordering made to measure blinds as simple as possible, investing time and money to give our customer the best shopping experience we could provide.<\/p>\n

Any of you who work in IT will know that a website is an ever-evolving project and truth be told we\u2019re still updating and tweaking the new DotcomBlinds site<\/a> even today to keep on top of things and stay ahead of the competition.<\/p>\n

Expanding Our Collection – New Products<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

This year we\u2019ve done wayyy more than just update the website, if you\u2019ve been following us throughout the year, you\u2019ll know that we have launched multiple new products and product ranges to make sure that we have a blind in the DotcomBlinds<\/a> collection for every occasion, so let\u2019s quickly look at the wonderful new ranges we put live this year!<\/p>\n

Commercial Blinds: <\/strong>Our first big product launch of 2023, was something that was a long time coming our range of Commercial Blinds<\/a> for business and trade customers. We had businesses, medical facilities, landlords and schools in mind when we designed these blinds, ensuring that they perfectly suit every need and regulation a commercial blinds buyer has to deal with!<\/p>\n

Our commercial blinds launch was a big success for our team and now you can find our commercial blinds in offices, schools and rental properties across the country!<\/p>\n

Designer Blinds: <\/strong>Our next big product launch this year, took a much more luxurious angle, as we joyfully launched our first collections of Designer Blinds<\/a>, featuring blinds designed by Cath Kidston<\/a>, Sara Miller<\/a> and Missprint<\/a>. These new collections of designer blinds let us dip our toes into the world of luxury blinds!<\/p>\n

Keep an eye on our Designer Collections in 2024, as we\u2019re looking to add new products and maybe even new collections in the coming year!<\/p>\n

Smart Blinds: <\/strong>Our final big launch of 2023 was a recent one, as we finally launched our greatly anticipated collection of Smart Blinds<\/a>, using the bleeding edge MotionBlinds<\/a> & Eve MotionBlinds<\/a> smart motors, letting us turn your homes into full-blown Smart Homes!<\/p>\n

We\u2019re not stopping there though, keep an eye on our blog as we\u2019re looking to take our smart blinds offering to the next level in 2024!<\/p>\n

5 Star Customer Service<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

If you\u2019ve shopped with us before, you\u2019ll know that we always strive to give each and every customer 5 star customer service to go with their new 5 star blinds and 2023 has been no different. This year we have had well over 100 excellent 5 star reviews from happy customers on our FeeFo review platform<\/a>, meaning you can rest easy knowing you\u2019re in safe hand when you shop with DotcomBlinds!<\/p>\n

And of course a lot more than that has gone on behind the scenes this year, as our customer service team have spoke to 1000s of customers and our manufacturing teams have built 10s of 1000s of blinds this year!<\/p>\n
