Our choice of accessories allows you to replace worn or out-of-warranty components for you to purchase and replace at home. Our roller blind mechanisms fit specific barrel sizes and so be sure to measure the internal diameter of the barrel first to make sure you get the mechanism that fits.

Finding out which roller blind mechanism you need is so simple. Take the existing DotcomBlinds roller blind down from the window and pull out the mechanism. If there is one groove on the mechanism you need a 32mm chain control mechanism set. If you have two grooves, then you need a 40mm chain control mechanism set, and if you have 3 grooves you need a 45mm chain control mechanism set.

Our motors are designed to only replace motors in existing electric blinds and cannot be used to retroactively turn a manual chain roller blind into an electric roller blind. Our motors are 230v AC motors with and without receivers, 7.4v DC battery motors and a 24v DC tubular motor.

We cannot guarantee compatibility with any blinds other than blinds made by DotcomBlinds.

If you have a warranty query regarding an existing blind that you bought from us, please get in touch. If your motor or component has broken or ceased to function correctly, it may be covered by warranty.
