Installing Headbox Fascia

Stage 1 – Fit the brackets securely

• Your headbox fascia will be supplied with brackets (Top Fix or Face Fix) as selected when you placed your order.
• Ensure you use suitable wall fixings and screws for your wall type.
• Fix each bracket firmly in place so it cannot move, keeping everything level and aligned.

Tip: Make sure the brackets are fixed firmly and don’t move – the fascia clips on tightly by design for a secure fit.

Stage 2 – Locate the groove

• Hold the headbox fascia in front of the brackets and tilt it upwards at an angle.
• Line up the groove (shown highlighted in the image) with the front edge/lip of the bracket.
• Once the groove is engaged on the bracket front, keep that front edge located and supported.

Stage 3 – Lift and click into place

• With the front groove still located, lift the rear of the headbox fascia upwards towards the bracket.
• Keep lifting until the headbox fascia clicks into the back of the bracket.
• Check each bracket position is fully clipped in and sitting evenly along the length.

Note: It will feel firm/stiff – that’s normal and intentional to keep the fascia secure once fitted.

Removal tip (reverse the fitting motion)

• Support the headbox fascia near a bracket.
• Lift the rear of the headbox fascia up, then pull it gently away from the wall/window so it clears the rear bracket clip.
• Once the back is free, lower the rear edge by tilting it downwards so the fascia clears the front/top bracket lip (the groove location).
• Move along the fascia and repeat as needed.

Note: Removal will be stiff – the clip fit is designed to hold the fascia securely in place.
