COVID-19 Update

As you’re very much aware, the current situation with COVID-19 is fast-changing and creating a lot of uncertainty in the world. As manufacturers of curtain and NHS approved cubicle tracks as well as a huge range of window blinds it’s business as usual (granted with heightened precautions) and we’re taking each day as it comes, plans are in place to ensure we continue manufacturing our products for as long as possible and providing our exceptional customer service.

We are currently able to offer next day delivery and our standard delivery time of 3-5 working days on roller blinds and vertical blinds using the following fabrics: Palermo, Bosa, Bosa Reflect, Udine, Teramo, Trieste, Catania, Toscana and all NHS approved Cubicle Tracks and our Curtain Tracks. To quickly search and identify products available within 3-5 working days or even for next working day delivery simple use the "Next Day Delivery" filter within the shop all section.

We are experiencing longer lead times on Roman Blinds, Real and Faux wood Venetian blinds and pleated and bifold door blinds (please see product for estimated lead times).

We are monitoring our supply chain and lead times and we are updating our product information regularly. Naturally, we’ve seen an increase in demand for our anti-bacterial fabric roller blinds and hospital cubicle tracking, but we are currently able to keep up.

Measures are in place to protect our staff and customers, such as enforcing self-isolation and remote working, reducing unnecessary trips, and providing anti-bacterial gel and handwashing facilities in line with Government recommendations.

The current situation is being monitored and we’re following all Government guidelines. Things may change in the next few days, weeks or months, but at the moment at least, it’s business as usual. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
