Here at DotcomBlinds, we know how important fast turn around times are for our customers, which is why we have always tried to ensure that we can manufacture and deliver our made to measure products as quick as possible, with the vast majority of our blinds having a turn around time of less than 10 working days.

But, we know sometimes you need a new set of blinds right away – Maybe you’ve just moved into a new flat and to your shock there are no blinds in the bedroom and you need a set of blackout blinds as soon as possible, or the old blinds in your office have broken and you need some commercial blinds right away.

Well, if you do need your new made to measure blinds delivered on a tight schedule, you’re in luck as we have 100’s of blinds available on our Same Day Priority Dispatch service!

What is the Same Day Priority Dispatch service?

When you purchase a new set of made to measure window blinds, the biggest delay between you placing your order and receiving it is waiting for your blind to be made – At any given time in the main DotcomBlinds factory, there can be hundreds of orders and thousands of blinds to be made meaning you need to wait for all the orders ahead of yours to be manufactured and made to size.

That’s where our Same Day Priority Dispatch service comes in, with this priority service we put your order right at the front of the production queue for the day, meaning that you don’t have to wait for 100’s of other blinds to be made before yours – That’s right, for only £19.95 you can jump right to the front of the queue and have your blinds made within hours of placing your order!

Just be aware that we have a cutoff for the day’s service at 11am each day, so get your order in before 11am to have it made and dispatched the same day.

What happens if I place a Same Day Priority Dispatch order after 11am?

If you miss the 11am cutoff, it is not the end of the world, your order will simply be moved to the front of the production queue for the next day. So, you’ll still get your blinds delivered a lot quicker than you would when using our Standard Delivery or Free Delivery options.

Can I order any set of blinds or curtains on your Same Day Priority Dispatch service?

At the moment, we have over 1,400 made to measure blinds available to purchase with our Same Day Priority Dispatch service, so a good portion of our blinds are available to be made on this service, but unfortunately not every blind we have on offer can be purchased with the Same Day Priority Dispatch service.

What happens if I order blinds on the Same Day Priority Dispatch service at the weekend?

It’s important to know that our factories are closed over the weekend to give our fantastic production teams a break – So, if you place an order for some made to measure blinds on our Same Day Priority Dispatch service between 11:01am on a Friday-11:00am on Monday, your order will be put at the front of the production queue to be manufactured & dispatched on the Monday.

Please also be aware that our factories will be closed for Bank Holidays, so any Same Day Priority Dispatch orders placed ahead of a bank holiday will be manufactured and dispatched the next working day.

Does your Same Day Priority Dispatch Service guarantee a next day delivery?

The short answer to this question is "No", when you pay for your order to be made on a Same Day Priority Dispatch Service, you are paying for your order to be put at the front of the production queue, to ensure that your blinds are made as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once your order is in the hands of our couriers we can make no promises or guarantees about delivery - That being said, the vast majority of blinds ordered on our Same Day Priority Dispatch service are delivered the following working day after the order was placed, so you have a very high chance of receiving your order the next day.
