When can you speak to our team?

Here at DotcomBlinds, we’re beginning to wind down for the Christmas period as our excellent team get ready for a well-deserved break and plate loads of pigs in blankets!

While our customer service team will be away for Christmas, our website will still be up and running for you to have a look at our products, get online quotes and even place orders – So if Santa leaves you a Christmassy cash gift, you can treat yourself to some new made to measure blinds!

If you have any questions or queries about our products, or need a hand placing an order over the Christmas period, don’t worry, as from the 27^th we’ll have a limited Customer Service cover to help out – Look below to see when you can reach our customer service team:

Thursday 21st: 9am-5:30pm

Friday 22nd: 9am-5:30pm

Saturday 23rd: Customer Service Closed

Christmas Eve: Customer Service Closed

As you can see, over the weekends & bank holidays our Customer Service team will be away as usual, with limited service across the Christmas period – If you need anything from us on a day our Customer Service Department is closed, simply send an email in to [email protected] and our team will get back to you once they’re back in the office.

From Tuesday 2^nd January, normal service will resume, and we’ll be back to business as usual!
