White Plastic Chain Loop 500mm

This replacement white plastic chain loop is suitable for all DotcomBlinds roller blinds and most other roller blind mechanisms. The chain size relates to the drop of the chain, which is how low the chain will hang once connected to the mechanism.

Instructions for attaching the chain to your mechanism can be found in the section below.

IMPORTANT: Keep chain out of reach from children. To ensure your roller blinds remains in line with UK child safety regulations, you must make sure the bottom of the chain loop is located at least 1500mm (1.5m) above the floor and use the child safety device supplied with your blind. Chains should always be out of reach of children due to the risk of entanglement and strangulation.

This is a continuous loop replacment chain with an approx drop of 500mm

How to replace your Roller Blind Chain. To change or replace your Roller Blind Chain remove the blind carefully from the brackets and remove the mech end that holds the chain from the barrel. To do this hold the barrel firmly and pull the white plastic mech, you might have to give it a little wiggle as it’s intended to be a snug fit!

Step 1

Pinch the pin’s end togther.

Step 2

Push pin forward to loosen the chain mechanism cover

Step 3

Hook the chain over the grooves as demonstrated above.

Step 4

Push the orange part into the mechanism. Once securly clicked into place return the mechanism into the barrel of the blind and return blind to the fixing brackets.
