Tracking Your Order Has Never Been Easier!

One of the many new features you can find on DotcomBlinds’ brand new website, is an online order tracker so that you don’t need to call us up to see how your order is coming along.

To access our online order tracking system, just click on the ‘Order Tracking’ button in the top right corner of the website.

Once you open up our order tracking system, we’ll ask for your email address & order number, so that we can pull up your order in the system.

Once you’ve put in your details, you’ll be bought to a page much like this one below, where you can see some information about your order.

Along the top of the page, you’ll see a progress bar – Once we have your order it will be listed as ‘Item Ordered’ – When your order reaches the factory team it will be marked as ‘Order Processing’ – Then when it’s dispatched from our factory it will be marked as ‘Order Completed’ – Finally once your blinds have been delivered to your door it will be marked as ‘Order Closed’.
